Outstanding service!! If I could hang 10 stars on the Service Department it wouldn't be enough! Needed tires badly (came in with the cords showing through the tread). They made a recomendation based on their own riding experences and had me in and out in an afternoon. Did I mention outstanding!!! While I waited, they took the time to show me one of the new R1250RT bikes. Didn't have to, but their love of bikes was evident from the first minute. I rarely run into service folks that love their jobs and that relate to riders the way they do. This was a Friday in front of an absolutely gorgeous Saturday... and I hadn't been on the bike in months, saving for the tires. Did I mention they relate to riders???? Thanks to them, I took a long and very enjoyable ride on Saturday for the first time in too long. Thanks Soly....... you guys are terrific. And the tires....... well, let's just say they greatly enhance my riding style. Good call. I don't care if I move to Hawaii, I'm still bringing my bike to them! 20 stars.... easy!

Purchased my first bike here in 2000. Over the past 20 years, I have bought at least 6 bikes from European Cycle Sports. I have always felt positive after the experience. My sales guy this last time (June '20) was Jon, and he was great... I recommend working with him. Also have had positive dealings with Brien, Jake, Cliff, and Jessica. I do want to make a special shout-out to Jake... I have been called a demanding customer by more than one business... Jake is an awesome service manager, he does what it takes to take care of you and always makes things right. And I don't want to leave Kevin out, who rides the same bike I purchased and has been really great in answering a bunch of questions. This all is a credit to the owner, Carl, who I have know for 20 years now, he has put together a really good team. They have grown a lot in that time, but still have that awesome personal/family feel.

The guys were great! Gave me a fair price and held the bike until I could make the trip. No shannigans when I got there. Great place to do business.

Bought a BMW RnineT a couple of months ago; had been riding a Victory cruiser for about 3 years previous and I'm not a young guy, so quite a change with adjusting to a different positioning on the bike, etc. Compared to cruisers, which of course kind of lumber along and are good on the long haul the RnineT is quick and oh so agile - never cornered like this on a cruiser. Such a change; has me thinking "why didn't you do this before..." for sure, even though some might say this is only a young man's bike. I've installed some nice foam over-grips from Strada 7 and found a compact rack that serves as a backrest for my wife and @ least for me I actually even feel more comfortable on the Beamer than I did on the Victory when I'm packing her along - guess I never really liked the weight, bulk and extreme wheel base of a cruiser.
The bike is a dream; makes every ride even more of a joy!! :):)
Thanks to BMW Motorcycles of North Dallas!!Martin Barrick Dallas -
Bought a BMW RNineT 17 Sept. 2015 and couldn't be happier or feel more well taken care of by both my Salesman Jon and Business Manager Sean. Down to Earth, friendly and they do exactly what they say they will do -the deal which included a trade-in was fair and up front all the way. Best deal on my "dream-Beamer" in the Metroplex!Martin Barrick, Dallas

I was very pleased with the work done on my 95 r1100gs. No glitches...they did just what they said in the time they said they'd do it. And it actually cost less than I had expected. Much appreciated!

I brought my 2006 BMW GS Adventure in for service due to a leak in the final drive seal. George pointed out a few other issues / potential issues and we decided on a rebuild of the final drive and seal replacement of the transmission. At 94,000 miles it seemed appropriate to avoid being too conservative on the service as I ride 20,000+ miles per year. The quoted/final price, quality of service, and speed of completion were all exemplary. The bike is running great, thanks!

This dealership is a really great a pleasure doing business with straight forward and friendly they really treat you as part of the family. I will say that prior to meeting this group of folks I had been in many dealerships and left totally disenchanted but from the minute I stepped in their store My family was treated like we had been customers for years. They totally care for their customers.

Sean, JC, Gary, Elvis, and Nick all rock... It started off with buying the 1000RR. Sean did an excellent job working with me to create a win-win situation and finalizing the deal. I bought my bike over 1 1/12 years ago and keep going back to the specific shop just because of the hospitality of Gary and Nick in service. This is an excellent and friendly bike environment. Also, how can you not go to a bike shop and dig it with a manager named ELVIS.... I have watched them interact with customers and everyone loves the environment and employees.

I was dealing with Eric Cartwright, and he was awesome. Through him I bought my BMW 1250R. I live in Austin, but even then I came to Dallas to pick up my bike. I contacted BMW dealers in San Antonio, Huston, Dallas and of course I visited local deal in Austin where I live. Eric was the only on the ball, very responsive and was able to match my bike, options and price. Others were sluggish or outright non responsive. Eric gave me to options, one for 1250R and the other for 1250RS. It was a tough decision, but finally I selected 1250R. I also bought a ton of gear there because they give you 15% discount on accessories if you buy the bike here. So I bought a helmet, pants, jacket, gloves, panniers (with installation), etc. Very nice experience, it was worth it, even if I had to ride from Plano back to Austin in 105F degree heat :).
